I started hiking when I started geocaching. I enjoy the New Jersey woods. I enjoy hiking on moss covered trails through thick forest canopies to overlooks and fire towers. The best hikes I enjoy the most is when I see New Jersey's great wildlife including bald eagles, bears or the often heard but seldom seen Pileated Woodpecker.
