Trip Report: Although the walk along the Highlands trail was a pleasant walk through the woods with several nice ups and downs, the ascent of Mount Stockholm was of little interest. The access road was a dusty, service road and the summit had no view and a communications building of sorts. I would recommend saving this climb for a day when one has nothing to do and expects little in return, especially if one goes directly from the intersection of the two roads, right by the service road.
